Veterans of the Dinar Investment will already know most of this information, but there’s always a newbie out there that needs information. For that reason, we’ve put together a quick 3 step guide to opening your Warka Savings account. With a Warka Savings account, you can earn 7% or more in interest, invest in the ISX, and hopefully be protected from a possible in-country only revaluation of the currency.
It is the opinion of many Dinar Speculation contributors that the wisest approach to the Iraqi Dinar investment is to be invested as many ways as possible, rather than putting all of your eggs in one basket. See the following to get started with your new Warka Savings account.

ADAM: If the revaluation of the dinar were to occur, at least initially, only within Iraq, these questions. 1. How would that benefit the economy? What would be the purpose of limiting the revaluation only to Iraq? 2. If done, what about the value of dinars outsude the country, such as those held by me in the U.S A.? Do they remain unaffected by the in-country revaluation? Do they become worthless? Remain at the current low rate vis-a-vis the dollar? Thanks again.

There is speculation that an “In Country only” RV could take place in the event of a currency revaluation. This is one reason why many people swear that Warka and/or the ISX is the way to go with this investment.
Some speculate that they would close the borders to all foreigners or ramp up customs inspections heavily to stop Dinar from being brought in by outsiders and give all Iraqi people a certain amount of time to exchange their larger denominations for smaller and/or new bills.
As far as helping the economy, do you really think Iraq gives a damn about outsiders? Giving the Iraqi people the power to purchase by raising the value of the Iraqi Dinar will stimulate their economy regardless of how foreign investors are affected.
it’s hard to tell what exactly will happen to Dinars held by people like you and I, but that’s exactly why i am invested in the ISX, Warka, AND cash Dinars. Better to spread the eggs out and profit on some than to lose the whole basket due to poor planning.
Adam, This is all new to me. Could you explain a little more as to what a Warka account is and what is ISX.
Sure thing John! “Warka” refers to Warka Bank, which is one of the major Iraqi banks that allow foreign citizens to open savings accounts. I wrote a page describing how to open an account recently.
“ISX” is the Iraqi Stock Exchange, which only recently went digital. Th
it’s all a scam. My brother knows a professor who goes to Dubai and he confirmed it twice, once by his sister’s mom and once by his cousin’s aunt.
;d
hahhaha
I love it.
So many of the rumors out there are based on “intel” based on people you can’t talk to… that’s why we keep that stuff off this site and stick to logic and fact.
lol! Sorry, I should have been more careful… I was being sarcastic.
I’ve done a lot of my own research and I actually do have contacts in Iraq, I just don’t preach about it.. this thing will hit soon enough. It’s not far off, trust me!
does anyone see any correlation with the dinar and the oil contracts that are being bid on?
wouldn’t make sense to have dinar = usd if your doing oil contracts with international oil companies?
I agree with dolph, that’s just one of the many reasons the Dinar should be valued higher than .001 per USD…
Hi, newbie here. How will I be able to exchange my dinar once there is a rv?
