As far as helping the economy, do you really think Iraq gives a damn about outsiders? Giving the Iraqi people the power to purchase by raising the value of the Iraqi Dinar will stimulate their economy regardless of how foreign investors are affected. it's hard to tell what exactly will happen to Dinars held by people like you and I, but that's exactly why i am invested in the ISX, Warka, AND cash Dinars. Better to spread the eggs out and profit on some than to lose the whole basket due to poor planning.
