if this article is real then iraq will be out of chap 7 or are now out of chap 7. the article is pretty cut and dry. we knew kuwait was the hold-up and with them on board they will be out of 7. if kuwait takes investment opps. do you think the will want to lose roughly 5 dollars everytime they have a transaction with iraq? answer is no, which means iraq will have to rv and soon.
