There are agreement in place that require countries such as the US,China,and Germany,who are the largest holders of dinar to return to Iraq in an incremental manor as to not create an inflated currency. This will allow Iraq to accomplish their goals of being one of the worlds largest exporter of oil. So don’t be so sure. I will bet that within the next 5 years the IQD will probably surpass the USD 3 to 1

A LOP is not good for Iraq. Removing zeros does absolutely nothing to give value to the currency. IMF didn’t do audits and then offer loan agreements and expect to get currency worth hardly anything in return. I don’t thing so. The dinar is way undervalued and the IMF, World Bank, and Oil Co”s know so. There is no way they would even be talking much less making and signing agreements. The only good thing for Iraq would be to rv the dinar and get on with it. The Iraqi people want to do this because a LOP would put them no closer than before.
