I’m going to address three issues in this installment of Iraqi Dinar Speculation – hope you’re hanging on tight, because there’s no time for the slow train. We’re attacking this one with ROCKET BOOSTERS.

Issue number 1: The Elections!
Allawi and Maliki are rumored to be running a close race, but I don’t buy it. Depending on what news source you listen to, they are both in the lead by a measurable margin. How is that possible? Well, my friends – it’s Iraq.
My personal prediction is and always has been that Maliki is a shoo-in.
Issue #2: Oil and the Economy.
This one is complicated. To answer a couple of questions: Has HCL been resolved? NO. Has Chapter 7 been lifted? NO. Do either of these have to happen before the Dinar is revalued? NO. Take for example the current attitude of the members of OPEC (Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries). All but Iraq are exceeding the limits that were discussed in December 2008. This tells us a few things, and we can easily see the following:
The members of OPEC are the primary exporters of oil in the world. In December 2008, limitations were decided upon to help curb the effects of Oil on the Economy, and only Iraq followed the guidleines. Why? They can afford to wait, they want to wait, and they are waiting. Waiting for what?
Well, why worry about selling oil when they have a worthless currency… when they can work on solidifying their status in the world, give themselves a credible currency, and THEN follow in the greedy footsteps of the rest of OPEC? It sure makes sense to me! I know if I was Iraq, I’d be hedging my bets and my efforts. By following the exportation limitations, they put themselves in a beautiful light of cooperation and most importantly, they are poised for a strong launch when the time is right. That time is coming.
But now what everyone wants to know… is that time coming along with a LOP?
Issue #3: The LOP theory.
My friends, the LOP theory is one that scares a lot of investors. Some of you are running around like your hair is on fire and quite honestly – you have barely even smelled smoke. There is approximately TWO decent articles out there that speak of a legitimate LOP, and neither of them are official announcements made by the IMF, CBI, or any other financially influential organization.
Now here is what I want you to understand. *Could* Iraq LOP? Yes, of course – but keep reading. Historically speaking, countries have lopped when inflation is out of control. They have lopped when there are multiple currencies, and they have lopped when there was no other choice.
Is Iraq out of control with nowhere to go?
Not in my opinion! I know one thing for sure. If I was ready to overhaul my net worth and I knew I had a liability (I.E. Investors With Cash Dinar, like YOU), I would be doing everything I could to get you Investors to sell me your notes. I’d tell you all, every single one of you, “Oh yeah, sell your dinar… you’ll never make money on it.”
And then I’d give an evil chuckle and laugh like a maniac when the sheep just go “OK, here you go” and hand over their investments before they even see where it’s going!
The bottom line is this – maybe you don’t want to buy any more dinar, but you’re a fool if you sell out now. This ride is just about over, and only those with blinders on are going to be able to ignore the distractions and make it to the finish line.

Thank you Adam for your commentary. The RV has been predicted several times over the past 5 years and has come full cycle to this place in time when positive things are happening that gives us hope that the RV will happen soon.
Please prepare us with answers that will give us some direction for handling our windfall in a secure and optimally effective manner. I WANT VERY MUCH TO BE PREPARED! and i know I’m not alone.

I have heard that a LOP (removal of 3 zeros from bills) could happen. However, an RV could follow such an event. If we were to have to exchange our 25K IQD notes, where would we have to go to do that?

Were talking about millions, I think they might start asking questions. Can you please tell me where I can exchange them?

Issue #3: The LOP theory. You say historical conditions don’t exist and yet, you say *Could* Iraq LOP? Yes, of course. Then this is historic. If Iraq resortes to Lop zeros. Then their are also other conditions, that mimic inflation. I believe this is the “no other choice” option. If I handed you $25 and said give me $25 thousand in its place.That would be too much inflated value to absorb. This is my view, we see a rate that reflects oil stability and play it against a rate that represents out of control debt. This is our scenario!
If someone would like to be involved with the VIP section, signs up for X months and may need to cancel after x months how is this done? Adam, Do you have any intel or even gut feelings as to the RV amount?? Are you leaning towards cents $0.15 or the pre war value $3.40 or do you think something in between is more likely?
I’ve heard so many different speculators, it’s hard to know which one is more accurate. I figure your guess is better than most.
I agree with you that a LOP makes no sense to anybody. My guess it’s just misinformation meant to discourage Dinar investors.

LOP: This is for the couple of people whom posted requesting info on the subject.
It is referring to Iraq chaning the numbers printed on their currency. Right now, most of the bills have large figures on them (25,000 etc.). What they want to do is start printing bills with smaller denominations.

adam,there is no lop,not gonna happen,iraq got to many resources,(1)oil(2)gas(3)gold(4)agriculture and etc.No other country have this wealth.And one more thing,the RV/RI will happen soon.im not a pumper i hate those people,and don’t but any dinar if you and your family can’t pay the bills and mortgage etc.And be smart with your money.

I have a question, might be a dumb one, but if the dinar is about to RV any day now, why do they continue to sell them dirt cheap? Do they have to wait till it actually RV’s before they stop selling?
