		<description>all my intel says today in iraq 3/18/12. the iraqi citizen is using mostly us dolars on streets, not dinars. is this true. the 2009 phase out of us dollar by us forces and increase iqd use in iraq seems to indicate opposite,  although that was a few yrs ago. what say.</description>
